everyday life! For all of these activities, I highly recommend Boots Sun and Swim hair shampoo, conditioner, 2 in 1 and other products. I recently took up swimming when I took on the challenge of a triathlon. My hair is shoulder length, brown, not dyed, straight and of medium thickness. Normally I use Pantenes Classic care 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner, but with swimming twice a week, my hair became lank, dry and smelly! When fed up with my grumbling away in lectures about my tatty split ends, my friend recommended Boots sun and swim. So later that day and trundled down to Boots and bought the shampoo. I shop in Boots a lot, mainly because, well, because I get Advantage points, and I love getting stuff for free! Two years ago, I was to go on holiday to Spain, and in the past I hated the way being in the sun made my hair feel - kind of like straw, also a combination of the chlorine and salt that tends to fill your hair when you are on holiday. Yuck. So I was always on the lookout for some sort of shampoo and other hair products that would make my hair feel as it does back home. I had always noticed that when I was out in the sun parts of my hair got very "bleached" whilst other parts remained normal colour, which just looked a bit silly. ... Read the complete review

Boots children’s anti-tangle spray is great for kid’s hair. It comes in a yellow plastic bottle with a nozzle at the top and you simply spray it on your child’s hair and it helps to get rid of the tangles so you can brush the hair without the tears. It is a no tear formula so if you do accidentally get it in their eyes then it won’t sting. The spray has a nice aroma as well and although it does leave the hair slightly damp at least it brushes through without the tears. ... Read the complete review
