Advantages: lasts long, smells nice, different shades, , leaves your skin looking smooth.

Disadvantages: can't be dropped, no pad to apply

Collection 2000 is a company based in England that manufactures make up products. I had not heard about them till this year when my aunt recommended me their compressed face powder.
I bought the compressed face powder in Lloyds pharmacy, to be honest Lloyds pharmacy is the last place I would have thought of buying face powder or any other make up products.
The face powder was rather cheap and only cost me £1.99. This was just the same price as my other face powders which I normally bought on the market.
Face powder for my type of skin is sometimes hard to find especially when I am not living in a black community such as London etc. Therefore, I was happy to find warm bronze face powder in Lloyds pharmacy as they can be found in different towns all over the U.K. The face powder 17g and comes in a thick plastic container which has a colourless lid written collection 2000 pressed powder.
The container is small enough to be carried around, and is very light therefore fore it wouldn't add weight to your bag. I actually carry mine around with me, in case if my face starts to get all greasy.

On the shelf there were at least three other shades I didn't really take note of them as I was only interested in the warm bronze shade.
The face powder does last long, I bought it about three months ago and I still have enough left for another month. I don't really use the face powder everyday, I would say I use the face powder averagely once in three days, which is normal usage when it comes to make up. I normally put the face powder on top of my Revlon colorstay foundation to make my face look extra smooth. The collection 2000 face powder really did the job and it blended with my skin perfectly. It also camou
flaged little spots which were on my face and you could hardly see them, which did impress me.
There are sometime when I just apply the face powder on its own and it still gives me good results.

The face powder does not chip away from my skin and it stays for a couple of hours. How long the face powder stays on my face does depend on how busy I am, for the reason that when I am busy I tend to sweat as I am running around which gets rid of the face powder and makes my skin look greasy again, which results in me having to put the face powder. However, if I am having a calm day, I only apply the face powder once which saves it.
This was the same with my other face powders which I have used in the past, so I couldn't blame the brand.

There are a couple of disadvantages to this face powder. The first one is that the face powder does not come with an applicator like other face powders which I have bought in the past. This therefore, adds extra cost in having to buy a pad to apply the face powder. I however, use cotton pads when applying the face powder, they seem to work very well. Sometimes when I am out and I forget the cotton pads I just use tissue which seems to work well, however the tissue scratches the face powder, so I wouldn't recommend a tissue when applying this face powder, unless you are in a desperate situation.

Another thing is that the face powder may be compressed but if you drop it, the face powder will go all powdery. This can turn out to be mercy when you open the face powder and it chips everywhere. I wouldn't worry about it going onto your clothes because it can be easily wiped off by a damp clothes.
Yes, I did drop mine a couple of times, it's a good thing that the lid is a little bit tough, therefore did not open when it dropped. However, the lid is now cracked, but if I was a little bit careful this wouldn't have happened.
I am not going to blame my carelessness on the company.

I would recommend this face powder to anyone who is into make up. The face powder does smell rather nice and comes in different shades. The face powder can also be refilled which I thought was a bonus. But at the end of the day I cant really refill mine for the reason that I have dropped the face powder enough to crack the top lid, so I might as well buy a new one. Refilling the face powder is rather easy, as it clearly instructs you by reading the bottom of the container.
Not providing a pad to apply the face powder is not a big issue as the face powder is cheap and pads for applying face powders can be bought in many shops including supermarkets, pharmacies, beauty shops etc.
If you are that person who buys expensive face powders, you might want to try collection 2000 as they are good quality, and cheap at the same time. Not forgetting that the facepowder does last long.

==Note==

--The face powder also contains UVA & UVP sunscreen, Silk, Vitamin E etc.
-- The collection 2000 face powders can be bought from Lloyds pharmacy and are stored on the make up section.
--It is always better to apply the face powder after you have put lotion or foundation on your skin. It gives better results.
--Collection 2000 also manufacture other make up products such as mascara, blushers, lipstick etc.

Summary: collection 2000 facepowder for your skin.
