My old hairdryer blew up and by happy coincidence the same day I realised I had no less than 30000 points on my Boots reward card. I have fairly long hair which is quite curly so was looking for something with a diffuser so I can make the most of it. What attracted me most to this hairdryer (no - certainly not the photo of Andrew Collinge on the side of the box!) was that it had a cool button as I've always found the ends of my hair get really damaged after using a dryer.

It's a 1600 watt dryer, has 3 heat and 2 speed settings, a diffuser and volumising attachment and also a removable air filter which means it's easy to clean, I suspect the filter being clogged was the reason for my last dryer dying. It has a hanging loop and an extra long cable too.

I've had this dryer a while now and I really like it. The only disadvantage I can think of is that whilst the attactments do fit on the dryer, they come off quite easily, a couple of times the diffuser has fallen off and rolled away while I've been drying my hair.

Summary:
