As I am soon returning back to university I obviously want to look great for going back as do many. My hair is now sorted after the dilemma in my previous review ‘No Blonde Ambition Here’ but now I wanted to look like I had been away on holiday and not like I had been in Scotland all summer even though I have. After reading through my Glamour magazine I came across an article on fake tanning. I know many of my friends who use sun beds but the idea just doesn’t appeal to me so I then came across their recommendation of L’Oreal Sublime Bronze Tanning Spray. I already had a faint tan from the days I did get some sun but it wasn’t really strong enough and I wanted to look ... Read the complete review

I have tried the Fake Bake tanning mouse before and would highly recommend it so I thought I would try the Fake Bake Airspray Tan. It is like a spray tan but comes out of a spray cannister. It cost a few pounds more than the mouse but it does come in a large bottle and contains gloves. At first I was a bit dubious about doing a spray tan myself at home and was tempted to just go back to the mouse. I did infact give the spray a go. I stood in my shower (thank god) and began to spray the tan on. The tan will spray in all directions even upside down. The tan did run when it is first sprayed on so is best to be rubbed in. Also as a result of the tan running, I now have ... Read the complete review

I am a fake-tan addict! I live in a little town in the South West of Scotland near the coast where we only get sun once or twice a year (okay, I'm kidding but it's pretty miserable weather here). My skin used to be ghostly white all year round until my 2 weeks away in the sun where I might go the tiniest little bit bronze-ish and then back to my normal white. Well, one day (a few years ago) I bumped into my cousin while on the beach and commented on her lovely golden tan and asked if she'd been on holiday. Turned out she'd gotten from a bottle and it put the idea into my head. I forgot about it for a little while until I had a big party for a friend I hadn't ... Read the complete review

I must have tried every single Fake Tan there is over the last 6 or 7 years and have only really found one that is any good "St Tropez". I'm not mega white I do have a little bit of a Spanish or Italian look people have always said but always wanted a really good tan to make me feel that i am looking my best. ****MY EXPRIENCES**** Now when I was 18 for about a year I used sun beds frequently like 3 -4 days a week for 15 minutes at a time, it was expensive £3 for 3 minutes from what I can remember but I did get a really nice tan but soon stopped when I saw what the sun beds were doing to my skin, making me get wrinkles in-between ...
