You cant beat Olive Oil and Sugar. Just put a tea spoon of sugar in the palm of your hand, pour on a little oil and massage into your hands then rinse. This keeps hands clean and soft.

Lots of expensive creams and lotions are on the market and none are as good despite the prices.

Also rub oil into the nails after removing nail enamel to prevent the remover from drying them out. If you don't have olive oil you can use baby oil.

Sugar can also be used with washing up liquid to remove grease. If you work on a building site soap and soft sand also works on heavy soiling.

If you're on a tight budget or just don't like wasting money look in your kitchen cupboards.
