Advantages: freshens breath, gets rid of plaque, strengthens teeth

Disadvantages: tastes a bit strong

After a recent trip to the dentist I was quite dismayed, My dentist told me i needed to look after my gnashers a bit better so I went and had a look in Sainsburys. I looked at all the mouthwashers and saw "Sainsburys Confident breath fresh mouthwash" on the shelf. I thought it looked good the packaging looked attractive and it was new, so I thought it would have state of the art sparkly teeth power!

That night after brushing my teeth I tried the mouthwash. It tasted nice and minty. I found it a bit too strong to begin with, so I know only use a quarter of a cap and that is ample. My breath was immediately fresher and the freshness didn`t fade away like other washes I have used. My teeth felt cleaner and felt much smoother when I rubbed my tongue along them. So the first few days were very impressive!

Now two weeks on I am still using the same bottle and the over all results are brilliant! My teeth look much cleaner and I can no longer see plaque stuck in between my teeth when I look in the mirror. my teeth have got much stronger and I now don`t have any sensitivity to hot and cold foods and drink like I used to. I didnt suffer from bad breath before but i am sure if you do it would work wonders!

The mouthwash costs £2.25 for a 500ml bottle so I think it is quite good value and well worth a try.
