BOCASAN the fantastic MOUTHWASH I have been using for 20 years has disappeared from the shelves. It was by far the most effective treatment for bleeding gums and should have been recommended by all dentists but wasn't, I learned of it from a friend. I tried phoning Oral B to ask why they stopped making it, but couldn't get a decent answer. I am now going to try to make it myself which should be relatively simple as there are few ingredients. I have tried and failed to find this product listed on Dooyoo so decided to add it under other mouthwash as I feel this is such a good mouthwash it needs to be written about. At some time or other I have had the misfortune to experience bad breath/halitosis in one form or another. I think the worst case I can ever remember ...

I think an important part of the daily teeth cleaning ritual is to rinse out with mouthwash after brushing, not only does this clean your mouth out better but it freshens your breath at the same time. In our house we use Listerine Antiseptic Freshmint Mouthwash, this can be bought at all supermarkets, chemists and other beauty product ...

(Given how long it takes Dooyoo to process suggestions these days, I've submitted this under 'other mouthwash'. It's Sainsbury?s Confident Freshmint Mouthwash I'm reviewing) Dental health is important. I?ll be honest with you though. I don?t always brush my teeth as often as I should. You should brush in the morning ...

My friend, Pam wasn't talking to anyone. This was unusual because she is one of those five foot high brusque people who make their presence known to all we taller ones around. After a few days of this apparent reserve, she walked across the stableyard and grimaced painfully at me before asking advice. It appeared that she had severe ...

I had to visit my dentist several weeks ago to get some work done on my teeth. The dental surgey had a special offer on Oral-B Anti-plaque alcohol free mouth rinse, two 500ml bottles for £2.00, normally it would cost you £2.99 per bottle at Boots. Noticing it was a great offer I purchased two bottles. The mouth wash is in light blue ...

I don't know if this is true but a friend at work was telling me about how her little daughter was learning to count. She was doing this aloud, "... 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 ... er, Mummy, what comes after 69?" "A good mouthwash", shouted out her husband before she had a chance to answer. So while I was ...

After a recent trip to the dentist I was quite dismayed, My dentist told me i needed to look after my gnashers a bit better so I went and had a look in Sainsburys. I looked at all the mouthwashers and saw "Sainsburys Confident breath fresh mouthwash" on the shelf. I thought it looked good the packaging looked attractive and it was new, ...

A good mouthwash makes up a very important part of your bathroom contents. I have experimented with several brands of mouthwashes including Listerine and one from Colgate. However although these are both great products I needed something stronger because I am a smoker. I am therefore always willing to try something new, with reference to ...

Oh my God!!!! I've tried many mouthwashes over the years and a lot of them prove to be either overpowering or ineffective. My favourite is still Dentyl PH although that proves rather expensive so I bought an alternative one - MaCleans Complete Care Mouthwash in Coolmint variety. I decided to go for it as it was on special offer in ...

I bought this ages ago and it's still sitting in the bathroom. It'll be going in the bin shortly - I can't stand to look at it any longer! I have used a few different mouthwashes before but have never tried the Macleans. I opted for the Alcohol Free Smoothmint flavour thinking that it must be good - i use the Macleans ...

I stopped smoking a few months ago and find that using a mouthwash after a meal helps stop the craving for a smoke. I have been paying £3.20 a time for a bottle of well-known stuff from Boots. It was fine, no problems. I was looking round Wilkinsons when I found a bottle of green mouthwash, made by Sejam (59p). I couldn't justify ...

I don't use a mouthwash very frequently, but after a strong curry and garlic bread the other day, I thought it wise to invest in one. I perused the supermarket shelves, and was initially shocked to discover how expensive mouthwashes are. Let's face it, all you do is drink the stuff, whirl it around your mouth, do an impression of ...

Corsodyl is an over-the-counter mouthwash which is designed as a treatment for gingivitis. It is also for use after dental surgery or when you have ulcers, gum problems or the truly ghastly oral thrush. You use it twice a day and there is enough in one bottle for one course of treatment. I must warn you at this point that the stuff tastes like ...
