Nicky Clarke Hairomatherapy Repair Styling Spray.

...After a recent trip to the hair salon, my hairdresser kindly let me know that the bleach highlights in my hair I had done a few months back have gladly ruined my hair. Did this impress me? NO. Was I happy? NO

She suggested that my straightners I use, the hair care that I use and the bleach had an input to the salvaging of my beautiful locks that once were. So after chopping off the worst of the damage, the wretched ends, I started to look for a decent repair spray I could start using.

I came across the famous Nicky Clarke range when I was shopping in Sainsburys with my mum, I've used Nicky Clarke products previously and have been impressed with them, one problem though, they can get a little on the pricy side!

Anyway though, I stumbled across a HAIROMATHERAPY REPAIR range from Nicky Clarke, which is the purple banded range. There was a shampoo, conditioner and styling spray. Since I couldn't afford all three, I went for the styling spray which just happened to be on offer, it was priced at £1.89 reduced from £2.99. ALSO currently at Sainsbury, you can buy any product from the Nicky Clarke range and get another FREE.

The spray was in a silver bottle, like all the products from the Nicky Clarke range. The bottles are quite heavy too, not normal plastic, this makes the product look smart and exspensive but really it weighs you down and you can never see or weigh how much you have left in the bottle! The bottle was 200ml and I think it will last me quite a while.

It mentions on the front of the bottle that the product contains sunscreens for damaged, permed or coloured hair which suited me since I have damaged, curly and coloured hair!

You are supposed to use this product after washing your hair (preferably after using the Repair Hairomatherapy Shampoo&condition
er)

Directions: Towel dry hair and seperate into small sections, spray roots of hair with styling spray and comb through. Then blow dry your hair to lift your roots and let the product reach your hair.

You can also use this spray between shampoos to style with and it can be used with other styling and finishing products for a stylish finish. As like most simalar products keep away from eyes!

I have been using this product now for 2wks and I have been impressed! My locks seem to be staying in a healthy condition. (Well at least half healthy!) Overall I am enjoying using this product, I will continue to use it and probably buy more. One slight disadvantage is the smell though, it has no appeal what so ever and is rather strong, you can smell it when applicating and when rinsing hair but I can cope with it! I recommend this product, it's done well for me so far.
