I have bought the shade called Soft Beige 200 but there are lots of different shades for all sorts of skin types. The bottle comes within a 1 fl oz size or 30ml if you like. This is a good size and one bottle does last a good couple of moths if used everyday. The foundation states that there are vitamins included within the foundation and these are vitamins C and E that are both beneficial to t...more

I'm still on a mission to find the perfect mascara - have been for years. This is the latest on a long list I have bought, hoping and praying that at last I'd found the holy grail i.e a mascara that goes on easily, doesn't clump, doesn't flake, looks good and is easy to take off at the end of the day. I bought this particular mascara whilst browsing around Superdrug. It was on sale at the introductory price of £4.49. The usual price was to be £6.99. I'm quite happy to pay less than £5 for a mascara. I have bought much more expensive ones in the past, but found that they were no better than the cheaper ones. These days I stick to cheaper, but ...  Read the complete review

It’s only within the last nine months or so that I’ve started wearing foundation again. When I was younger, I wore it constantly but then I stopped using it, as I was under the impression that it would dry my skin out. However, last year I began using foundation again as I was tired of looking shiny on photographs. The Rimmel Natural Sensation foundation is the most recent one that I have used. For such a famous brand, the packaging is actually fairly bland. Peach tube with a brown lid and writing. I’m surprised that they actually sell any tubes of it as it doesn’t exactly leap at you from the shelf, shouting “Buy me, buy ...  Read the complete review

At this time of year (well any time of year) I love to have a tan. Somehow, a tan can make a person look loads healthier, sometimes a bit better looking and just have a glow that looks nice. Of course, there's nothing healthy about burning yourself in the sun, my Nan had skin cancer that was really awful, and we all should learn from it. Ok, so I occasionally go on the sunbeds and sunbathe, but it should be done as safely as possible. Well, I was really naughty last week and had a session on the sunbeds, but I have to admit, it looks really good. In between the sunbed or fake tan sessions (I love clarins fake tan as it looks really natural and is the safest way ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Stay Matte Foundation Ivory (275 words)

Ok I confess, I bought the wrong thing here, big time! As a fairly fair skinned person who does not tan easily, I wanted to have a foundation I could wear to the beach without a sunblock. Rimmels do not claim to have SPF so I thought I'd try the brand I used when I was younger and not so bothered about quality. I tried both the Matte and the long lasting foundation on the back of my hand, and found that the all day, was better. I then tried out both testers in the Ivory Colour. At this point my Mum tutted at me and I grabbed what I thought was an All Day foundation. when I got home I realised I'd picked up the wrong one (they are identical, pretty much!). ...  Read the complete review

Get some colour in those cheeks!!!! ---------------------------------- I don't tan very well and find it hard to use false tan of any kind. I have tried several types and still manage to get a patchy face which just makes it so obvious that your wearing the stuff! I do have a very pale complexion though and sometime's this can make me look a little aneamic(this is probably spelt wrong, sorry)so I do need a bit of help in this department. This product also claims to have a sun protection factor of 8, so thats a bonus!! I have several different bronzers in my makeup bag but this is the one I prefer to use. ...  Read the complete review
