Advantages: Not too expensive, some nice products.
Disadvantages: Some of it isn't great!
After hunting everywhere for a foundation to suit me, Ruby and Millie solved all my problems!
I have never got on well with foundations, none seem to look right on me, so I went out one day determined to find one that looked best on me, I now couldn't be without the great foundation that they make!
It's not really expensive if you consider the amount of half used bottles I have thrown away in the past and amount of times I have bought an expensive foundation with all these promises to it's name, only to find out that it doesn't perform any of them. £15.50 is a good price as this stuff does last me about 6 months.
One point though is that the bottle isn't well designed. You get sort of a spatula attatched to the lid which is a bit odd and sometimes drips. The glass look part of the lid also breaks of with only normal ware, this has happened to all the pots i've had!
I also bought Ruby and Millies loose powder costing £12.50, it's good, well it's lovely, but my cornsilk for half the price does just the same job, so next time I won't be buying it!
The pre-base is a waste of £9. It makes your skin look horrible and feel sticky which of course then effects the way that the foundation looks on your skin which is a shame.
Generally i've found R & M great, in Boots they have someone there to help you who i've always found great!
Summary: Always worth a look.
