Advantages: Calms and relaxes you

Disadvantages: Can be a bit expensive

My review is for Radox sleep easy - bath therapy, which is basically a bubble bath that comes in a 500ml bottle.

I love the Radox range of bubble baths for their gorgeous scents, they really are much better than other brands I find, with some great aromatherapy qualities to them.

The fragrance I have chosen to do is one of my favourites, as anything which is relaxing is good for me! It is a dark blue liquid, in a plastic bottle. Very easy to pour but you don't need too much to make your bubbles and fill the bathroom with the lovely sleep inducing scent.

This particular one contains jasmine oil and natural chamomile, both of which have been found to promote sleep, with a kind of natural sedative affect. They work! The frangrance is very calming, and I am the kind of person as mum to a very active little boy, who has even been known to fall asleep in the bath if left to my own devices for too long under the influence of the lovely radox bubbles, lol.

I also add a tiny bit sometimes to my little one's bath if he is having his bath before bedtime. I am sure it does relax and sooth him too, and doesn't seem to do his skin any harm as the fragrant ingredients are derived from natural sources.

Radox doesn't do much for my skin by way of moisturising or anything like that, but this one does make for a very relaxing bathing experience. The only thing I don't like, is that it can be quite expensive, so I try and stock up when it's on offer. Currently bottle can be bought at Sainsburys for £1 each which is pretty good!

Summary: Definitely worth a try, and there are lots of varieties

I wouldn't feel comfortable using a product like this that could make me sleepy - I find it a bit scary to be honest -so not for me. Good review though.
