Most people have never heard of repetitive strain injury (RSI) as its better known, until they develop it and I therefore wanted to explain a little about it and share my experience with you. RSI is among the most common work related ailments of today. It can affect the neck shoulders, arms and your hands. The most common part that it affects is your wrists, especially those of us that spend our time on keyboards.
