Advantages: Provides a relieving feeling, can help weight loss as it delays hunger

Disadvantages: Bad for your health

I started smoking around 7 odd months ago and have thought about stopping a couple times. The first was for an ex girlfriend and the other when i had hardly any money. However at the end of the day i am happy to continue. My parents, both non smokers, have accepted that i smoke and never nag about it.

It is an individuals decision and if people want to smoke, i say smoke. I do appreciate that people find it hard to quit and i'm not saying that they should stop, but i feel that you should only quit if you want to. Not if someone tells you to. Although i believe people have the right to say exactly what they want, No one has the right to make you do what you don't want to.

I only smoke around 6 or 7 rollies a day and have found that if you keep up excercising a small amount of ciggarettes doesn't make a huge difference to what you can phsically do. I do admit i can't run that well but i'm not too worried. I believe i will stop in the future but for now i am happy as i am.

Please don't rate this negatively because you don't like my opinion.
