Advantages: Shiny, manageable hair
Disadvantages: Poor lather
Whilst trawling the free samples websites, I signup for a free sample of this shampoo and conditioner. It came only 4 days later, so that was impressive. The shampoo contained Lemongrass and was called " Tea for hair - Lemongrass tea shine shampoo" and it is apparently Chinese Herbal Therapy. The one I was given was for normal to oily hair, which luckily was spot on! I applied the shampoo and yes the sample was small but I was dissapointed with the lather it provided (next to none) however my hair did feel clean afterwards. I used the Ginseng Tea Tonic conditioner next and although it was a smaller amount than I would normally use, I could feel it working on my tangled hair. After a rinse in clean water my hair was squeaking when I ran my hands down it (a sure sign that your hair is very clean!) Afterwards I found my hair very easy to brush and smooth and shiny. The results lasted for 3 whole days which is brilliant as I normally have to wash mine every other day! All in all I was so impressed with this product, I went out to buy it the next day! (unfortunatley could not find it in my local Boots store!!!!) I know Asda stock it and I think it is about £4 a bottle.
