Shampoo is not an easy thing to review as every persons hair is completely different, what doesn't suit me will probably be great on the next person so this is a completely personal review, bear in mind that for you the results will probably be completely different so don't let me put you off giving it a try!

This review is for the Toni and Guy frizz smoothing shampoo that comes in a white pouch with Toni and Guy in big red letters on the front. The pouch size is 75ml-can't remeber how much it cost as it was free in a boots promotion a while back (i'm too tight to buy designer hair products normally!)

I can't say i am very impressed with it, first the scent, it smells a bit like Gucci Rush perfume which is great but unfortunately it smells like Gucci Rush the morning after where it has worn off, smells a bit stale and you just want to get in the shower! Not great when you have just got out of the shower.

The results for me weren't great either, i realise that you are probably meant to use it in conjuction with the same conditioner but i didnt have any so just used my normal conditioner. Directly after shampooing i noticed my hair felt a bit lank, when i had dried it my hair felt heavy and weighed down-it wasnt frizzy which i suppose means the product does what it says but not a lot of good at the expense of having greasy looking hair. As i said perhaps this is due to me using normal conditioner.

I wouldnt buy this again as i didnt like the smell but it might be worth a go with the proper conditioner for some of you as there wasnt any frizz!

Summary: Might be worth a try with the matching conditioner (if you can bear the scent)
