Advantages: Drive a way in a day.

Disadvantages: Everything after you drive away.

we Have recently bought our fourth car from Car Craft, this time we opted to go direct to Sheffield instead of having the car shipped to Westmidlands for us to look at..this is where the trouble started.
Upon first inspection of the car all seemed ok, then from the day we left the showroom we have had the following problems.
Timing belt and cam belt needed replacing due to a large squeeling/grinding noise, key fobs didnt work, new engine mount, radio code which i had to get myself from Chrysler, new alloys due to the fact they all had leaking rims and where classed as dangorous, 2 new tyres, under bonnet alarm switch and now we currently have a problem with the engine management system.
We have only owned the car for just under 4 weeks and it has either been at car craft or Chrysler for 3 of those.
The aftersales service was less than helpfull and we were left without a courtsy car for 3 weeks ad told there is one at sheffield but you must collect it.
The 3 years extended warranty looks great on paper untill you need it, i was told that my car could never go to Chrysler for repair as they caharged to much for parts and labour even though when been sold the warranty pack i was informed always to take it to Chrysler as they can gaurantee the work and parts.
I am now totally discusseded with car craft and we are currently trying to obtain our money back for the vehicle.
Please look at the car very carefully if you are buying from carcraft as they may look nice and shiny in the showroom but on the road and in your name they can soon turn bad.

Summary: How can they still be in business after all there problems.
