Carcraft of Sheffield ... BAD BAD BAD. We bought a Freelander for Ł10,000 (Later found out they were going for Ł6500 Private) OK... So lesson learned. We d part ex d our Picasso and got Ł3500 for it. (It was on their forecourt next week for Ł6500... OK.. So they are a business and there to make money. Now for the real issues. 120 point check???. Our Freelander required a full service to uphold the (Carcraft NAC) warranty so we splashed out and took it to Landrover because my wife would be driving this car with my young son on board and we had to be sure everything was OK. Euro Car Parts ... Prices on replacement parts but volvo dealer cheeper for genuine. Absolute pathetic customer services ! _ A ridiculous joke - 16 phone calls to fix a problem. Not including the numerous times they pick up the phone and hang-up before you can say a word ! I m Still waiting for a manager to phone me back !!!!! even though i was told he would phone within 10 minutes ( told that 5 times! ) Apprently this company employs a from all ethnic backgrounds except english speakers and those with manners and common sense - even had one guy tell me they couldnt have sent the part they did cause they dont stock it anymore - MORRONS !! Carcraft of Sheffield ... have recently been looking at buying a new car. I really fancy the Ford Fiesta ST, in black. After searching and searching the internet I found one in Carcraft, Newport. Carcraft was established in 1951 and is an independent used car hypermarket. They have many stores across the country. I went to the Newport branch in South Wales. It is comfortably warm inside has a café and is very welcoming, a bit too welcoming. The sales people don t leave you alone to browse and are constantly pestering you to buy buy buy!
