Great Prices on replacement parts but volvo dealer cheeper for genuine. Absolute pathetic customer services ! _ A ridiculous joke - 16 phone calls to fix a problem. Not including the numerous times they pick up the phone and hang-up before you can say a word ! I ordered brake disks and pads for my Mercedes 3002 24v late at night one day and they arrived two days later. Considering the time that I placed the order, it was effectively next day delivery. The disks were high quality vented versions and they came to £91 for a complete set including delivery. This was a massive saving compared to buying from Mercedes.
