Advantages: Increased power, Reduced emissions, Increased fuel economy

Disadvantages: Only available on-line

Just started using a new fuel conditioner call the Firepower pill. Its just been launched last week at Brands Hatch. The pill seems to do the same job as Optimax petrol but without having to pay 6p a litre for the bernefit. Given it was developed by Shell in Australia I guess that shouldn't be a suirprise. It is available for Bikes and Cars and I have been using it on my Classic 1980 Mercedes 380SL. Can't say I have noticed the fuel savings yet, but it has done away with the carbon that used to come off on ignition and there is noticeably more power. Currently it is only available on-line at www.firepowerpill.com and there is loads of other test information

I lived in Australia for 4 years and used the Firepower pill out there. The results are amazing - it really does increase the economy whilst reducing emissions and wear and tear on the engine - in fact it was recommended by BMW to stop their engines from "pinking" through lack of octane. In answer to your fear about putting it into your engine - it is the only fuel conditioner that comes with a $10 million guarantee! Also if there was anything wrong with it why would Shell manufacture it under licence and Esso distribute it in the far east? Take a look at WWW.FIREPOWERPILL.COM - you'll be glad you did!

Hi

I have seen Firepower Pill at a Classic Car show in Harrogate back in 2001 from a firm called AEPP, also they are sell the Firepower Pill on Ebay for £4.99(much cheaper than £12.25) and go under a user name of aeppuk.

No mention of 'Shell' on their website.

Seems they promises 'evrything' with this product. I would NOT put any 'pill' into a fuel tank without full endorsements by the car manufacturers. Only quote on their site is from a 'Service Manager'.....
