After Tears for Fears, A-ha are my second favourite band of all time. They have tremendous energy and this is shown by seeing there video's, and there songs are always nice to listen to, weather it be the classics such as Take on me and The sun always shines on TV, or some of the lesser known songs such as Train of Thought(this is my personal fave) or I call your name. This is just a handful of there hits as they have alot more good songs on countless albums. People will always remember the likes of Take on me in the future but the music of today will be forgotten staraight away, these bands such as Boyzone and the Spice Girls may have taken more money but there music means nothing and does not speak to me in any way and will not be on karaokes in 20 years time will they!
What does it say for the advanced technology of today when the video for Take on me got voted the third best video of all time and it's 15 years old!
As my Granda would say 'the old uns are the grandest'
