A1 in general

Firstly i just wanna state that I know that this is not quite the right category but i have suggested it and will request it to be moved later. Well this is A1's third album to date and was released on the 27th may 2002 but we have seen a lot of drastic changes in their style with this album. i do not want to give away too much about that just now but as you read on you will get the gist of it I think. Well, I have just joind Dooyoo, and I thought I might as well write an opinion, on something, not sure what to write an opinion on when A1 start playing, so I thought well - they are one of my favourite bands so why not write an opinion on them? A few years ago, another manufactured pop boy band burst onto the seens, singing be the first to beleive, it was A1. After A1's lack-lustre (or downright embarassing, depending on your point of view) cover of A-Ha's terminally gorgeous Take On Me I didn't have very high expectations for this group. Their latest hit single (Caught in the Middle), however, has made me rethink my opinion drastically. Starting off in a somewhat understated manner, once the boys hit the chorus this song really soars. This could be this year's Whole Again - a truly heart-stopping and unexpected sublime POP moment.
