Aerosmith in general:
... would like to give you a brief history of Aerosmith; Aerosmith was one of the most popular bands in the 70's, setting the style and the sound of hard rock and heavy metal for the next two decades. In 1970, Steven Tyler (vocalist) met Joe Perry (guitarist) while working at an ice cream shop. With Tom Hamilton (bassist) they decided to form a trio. It then expanded when Ray Tabano entered the band, but Brad Whitf... Read the full review: O, Yeah! by bornintoit |

The band disappeared up their nose for ten years until reappearing as neighbors of the Run DMC. Both bands prospered from this unlikely partnership from the retro remake of the rockers, Walk this Way. When Tyler’s rubbery lips looking too much like ... Aerosmith in general ... big circle of metal, obviously terrified. I was only 16 years old and I sat riveted, watching her struggle against the cords at her wrists. Then they appeared amid smoke and lights. They were dressed in leather. They sneered. They snarled. It was 1978; the film was Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band and this was my introduction to Aerosmith. I had no idea who they were and didn't try to figure it out. It was just a scene from a movie and a memory that stuck in my mind. And, they were easily the only redeeming piece of that entire movie. Years later when I "officially" discovered the band and heard their version of Come Together, I realized that i... Read the full review: Come Together by cbpotts |
