I saw oasis on saturday night at Reebok, Bolton, and they were BLOODY GREAT !!!!!!!
Enough of this talk that they're finished, what people dont see is that theyve been everyones favourite band after the first album, then they were a bit poor as they tried to stay right with us all, now theyre back making music for them, and they never looked happier. Liam was so relaxed despite the Patsy situation and Noel looks happy to finally have a decent guitarist alongside him (Andy Bell)
The new Bass player (Gem) has also added life to the band, and now that Noel is a bit less stressed he is doing gigs better and writing some class songs.
The gig itself was storming, coming out to f****n in the bushes before doin go let it out, we soon had the classiscs like acquiesce and supersonic, as well as new hits like gas panic before noel did a wonderful version of neil youngs hey hey my my.
They all looked more relaxed on stage, especially when one girl in the crowd "got them out" and was promptly on the big screen.
So oasis have a lot of critics, like they care, on this evidence theres a lot more to come and ill certainly be watching the wembley gig on sky, if you need convincing i suggest you do the same
