Advantages: Includes the best of their earlier music.
Disadvantages: Its old news and old music now really isn't it!?
Remember the good old days when the Backstreet Boys were new in town and the uproar they caused in the hearts of millions of girls (teenage or otherwise)? Songs such as "We've Got It Goin On" which if I recall correctly was the first song they ever brought out as a single. Others that stayed in the minds of many when released are "Get Down (You're The One For Me)", "I'll Never Break Your Heart", "Quit Playin' Games (With My Heart)" and "I wanna Be With You". All of which feature on their first album, creatively called "Backstreets Boys". There are two versions of this album, because they brought out a special edition with a silver cover and three bonus tracks. These bonus tracks may be nothing special, but it does boost the album from thirteen tracks to sixteen. The songs that have not been released as singles on the album are of the same standard as thoise that have been released. So if you liked the material they used when earning their money through weekly charts, you would be (if you will excuse the language) chuffed with the album. It is too old to be an enhanced CD, which leaves you with sixteen (or thirteen) tracks and the insides of the sleeve in the front. Which provides you with much useful information (that was sarcasm by the way). Such as what their faviourate foods they have and what zodiac sign, date of birth, age, faviourate colour, or odd jobs they have had. Even what their faviourate school subjects are. Well, it may have been useful for lovesick teens, but really, who cares? The rest is filled with the band's thanks, some lyrics and credits. Their unique very american style, leaves you with a very good album for all those pop lovers in the world. They may not have such a high profile career now, but they are still going strong. Especially, in america.
