The Beatles in general ... it about time that The Beatles original albums on CD be repackaged so that they look like the CDs of some of their contemporaries now (The Who, The Kinks, The Byrds etc) with liner notes, alternative sleeves. They just look awful on CD, they look like the way that CDs were packaged in the late 1980s, and time has moved on, and it gives all the great music from every album a great disservice by having inferior packaging. Maybe its the time to change that, and maybe someone from Apple Corps should take notice an get them out the way they should be. The Beatles in general ... is one of the best things since sliced bread. Though they are old, there music is still brilliant and worth buying if you can get your hands on it. there hit singles include help!, i am the walrus, strawberry fiels for ever, penny lane, sgt. peppers lonely hearts club band and so on and so forth. The Beatles in general ... Beatles……..What about those Haircuts!! I remember well the rise of The Beatles in the sixties. I was still at primary school when the four Liverpool lads hit the charts with “She loves you Yeah, Yeah,Yeah”. I hated that damn song and never really took to these four guys who were taking the pop world by storm with their new image of smart suits and that Beatle haircut. And those Beatle boots they wore, I remember wearing a pair to school with the long toe, looking back they were a terrible style.
