I first heard Better Midler when she starred in the movie Beaches..which had most people who see it in tears.. anyway, she sang the hit song Wind Beneath my Wings which was on the soundtrack of that album. One of her other albums, Bette of Roses has some great songs in it, 11 tracks in all. Most of the songs are ones you would expect from her.. some upbeat numbers plus some sentimental ones. One of the songs in the album can be heard in Ronan Keating's new album, that is In This Life.Other great songs include Bed of Roses and I Believe In You.
