Billie Peiper. An eighteen year old girl who made her way into the pop music scene- I know, I asked 'How?' too.

She began modelling for Smash Hits magazine when she was 15 years old and was spotted and asked if she wanted a record contract. She released her debut single, 'Because we want to', which must make her cringe even now, however it got her known and it was addmitedly one of the catchiest songs at the time. Those that liked it were ashamed to say the truth. A few other singles followed this and then she went away for a few years.

She came back, older, wearing something other than a suit, and beleived she was the first female teenage pop artist on the scene, (even before Britney).

Some how she gained 'street cred' down in the hotspots of London's West End, and made friends with some of the most fashionable 'it' girls around. Her style improved enormously and grew out of her cute girl look. Richie from 5ive became her boyfriend and fans across England began to hate her. Teenage girls her age were jealous of what she had, when everyone else was revising for exams Billie was doing photo shoots, signing autographs and what people hated the most was that she was with 'their' Richie.

Soon enough he was dropped and Billie wanted to go for the slightly older type. This is when her relationship with Chris Evans millionairre comes in. She is only a mere 18 years old and he is in his thirties. I personally can't see how they have something special enough to get married. I am by no means against mariage with an age gap, however, I can only see her going for him for his money. We shall see if the mariage lasts, give it about a 6 months to a year. But good luck to them anyway, if it works for them then good for them.

I can't see this helping her public opinion. At a concert I went to recently, with a selection of pop acts, Billie came on teh stage to do her performance and ev
eryone began to boo her. She carried on regardless but if 100,000 Londoners are booing you off, why not try and improve your public opinion rather than destroy it even more.
