In 1998 she was Billie. Now in 2000 she is Billie Piper. Can you tell the difference? No neither can I. She has been trying to tell us that she has matured and so has her music.
But after her collapsing in a nightclub she shouldn't have been in in the first place, all of the business with her and that other guy from Five - all the publicity with her trying to get a number one with that split - i can't help but think has she actually matured or is she still a little kid underneath all that make-up?
I remember all the publicity over her getting to take her gcses when it was convienient for her. I have never heard how she actually done in those exams. Maybe its because she did badly. Maybe its because its an example of how being a pop star at an early age is not the best idea. But her record label doesn't want that type of information coming out, because they know that parents will not like the fact that an uneducated teenager is at the top of the charts and is a role model to their children.
So what I think is that all this business over 5 more letters is a waste of time because her actions have proven to me that she hasn't grown up or matured. She's just a little kid trying to make it in the adult world and failing
