I first became a fan of Billy Idol in 1986, when I was just 13. A friend showed me the 'More Vital Idol' video and I was hooked. My bedroom was adorned with posters, and '11 Of The Best' was rarely off my stereo. So, in 1989, when my boyfriend at the time bought us tickets to see Billy at Wembley Arena, as part of the 'Charmed Life' tour I was delighted. Sure, the Charmed Life Album was pretty crap, but still, it was Billy Idol! I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in my life!
