I don’t claim to know every thing about punk or Blink 182 before anyone starts slagging me off! But I think that although they have sold out a bit their music has improved as they go on, Enema of the State is their best album so far and I should imagine their next album, take off your pants and jacket will be even better. The best songs off Enema of the State are Adam’s song and Dumpweed, although most of those songs could hardly claim to be hard core punk “the party song” is the nearest one to it. Although don’t buy their live album “Drive In” because it is mostly live versions of all of the songs of Enema of the state with a few newer but not very good songs thrown in. Thei most receant release “Rock Show” is off the forthcoming album and is my favourite Blink 182 song so far, (apart from Dammit which is just a classic!) so the prospects are good for the future of Blink 182.
