Boybands/Girlbands

This is a topic that gets under my skin and makes me want to tear myself apart in the most gruesome way ever.

What is the point of Girl/Boybands anymore? It's all about Hip-Hop Rap and this stupid MC which you can't even understand even they are a waste of space!

About 6-7 years ago yes Girl/Boybands were good in their own little way but now as some people would say they are "Lame".

I admit Take That are good but they aren't cheesy anymore they don't have the ridiculous hair cuts or really goofy smile, They are normal if you could say.
I think it is backstreet boys that have just re-formed and my honest oppinion is they wont last long.
Westlife they were a good band they had some good singles but where are they now? who still likes them?

Some Girlbands I know are Sugarbabes and Girls Aloud...They make me want to pull my hair out, Girls Aloud don't have talent in my eyes, They won a Contest and it made them famous...If they had talent they could have done it by themselves not got someone to judge them and help them make it famous.
Sugarbabes they also used to be a good band but they just arent the same anymore since there is only one origonal member there the latest addition to the Sugarbabes doesn't sound right she is a little too posh when she sings ber voice just doesnt mesh well with the others.
Spice Girls these were a good band until they split up they had good voices and all their music had good beats that kept you interested unlike some others.

I don't think anymore Girl/Boybands should be made they are a waste of time nobody listens to that stuff anymore its either Rock, Country(Which is slowly falling) R'n'B that type of stuff.
Most of the boybands only made it because the producers probably thought they were "Cute" and that half of the female population would be attracted to them...*Gags*
Why on earth would anybody be attracted to them? with a faces like theirs they'd be lucky if my great nan was attracted to them.

You have seen briefly what i think of some bands and I should now tell you that if the Boy/Girlband population increases again i think that i would cry seriously it would be the end of the world as we know it.
There underground bands out there that have potential and if they are good enough maybe they would change my views but for now I'm determined that Boy/Girlbands are useless and don't need to be around anymore...as some would say
"Get With The Times" yes i think that phrase fits nicely
