FACT
It is your human right, as an adult to listen or not to listen to anything you wish to listen to. As a child or a young person, you have to listen to your parents.
I do think that Eminem should be made 18 years and plus due to the amount of swearing etc in his music. Yes I do listen to Eminem, but I’m old enough to know what’s good or bad for me, kids don’t. My 13-year-old brother wanted me to buy him an Eminem CD and I said NO WAY! All I need is for him to be swearing his head off or thinking that it’s ok to disrespect women. Unfortunately kids think by hearing songs, that’s the way life is, or the way they should act. If I had kids at home, I wouldn’t buy Eminem’s CD’s at all.
Saying all this, most CD’s have parental advisory on them anyway. Most record stores will not sell these to anyone under the age of 18. I just think that record shops should be aware whom they are selling to.
