After looking on here, I realised there are no upto date info on Charlotte Church. I think Charlotte church is fabulous role model for young people, she is not obsessive about her weight and seems to be a normal kinda girl. She has had a very sucessfull career and is still only in her early 20's.

Charlotte is now married and has her very own lovely Husband, Gavin Henson, the well known International Rugby Player for Wales. Charlotte and Gavin shocked the country early last year when she revealed that she was expecting her first child, Ruby Megan Henson was born on September 21st 2007.

Charlotte's original name was Charlotte Reed when she was signed to her record label, aged just 11. After discussion it was arranged for Charlottes name to be changed to Charlotte Chuch (her step fathrers surname (mothers new husband) as the record label thought it was more fitting , and would sell more records. They obviously knew what whey were doing!. Charlotte was later adopted by her step father in October 1999. She attended a high school at Howells which is EXCLUSIVE to females.

Since then Charlotte has moved on alot with her career. She clearly has a wide taste on music, as she opted to release a pop album in 2005 with some great songs i.e. Call my name, and has confessed that she likes many other genres of music including Motown, R&B, Hiphop, and even Gospel as well as singing her ever so popular Opera songs i.e. Pie Jesu, which was her big break back in 1997. Her favorite pop stars include Natalie Imbruglia, the Corrs, and Gloria Estefan.

Charlotte, as well as being a multi-million selling Artist, selling 10 million albums worldwide, also has her own TV Show, the Ever so popular 'Charlotte Church Show', she even now has her very own website and calender and books, as well as a huge fan base which comes along with them. Charlotte released her own autobiography in 2000, "Voice of an Angel: My Life So Far." which I have read, and it is really good, she reportedly paid £800,000 for writing her autobiography in 2000.
As well as her singing and presenting career, Charlotte has appeared on the, ever so popular, The Catherine Tate Show and she played her own self character.

On her 15th Birthday In 2001, Charlotte celebrated during the 43rd Annual Grammy Awards and the audience sang "Happy Birthday" to her, she was reported to be completley overwhelmed by this. She has released many albums in Great Britain, such as Voice of an Angel, Charlotte Church, Dream a Dream - Christmas album (2000), Enchantment, Prelude: The Best of Charlotte Church and, Tissues and Issues. However in 2001, she released an album names 'Enchanment' this was debuted at number 15 in the Billboard Album Chart.

Charlotte has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show about young talented people alongside Amanda Dunbar. And since then has been nominated for many awards, such as: Outstanding Classical Music-Dance Program Emmy for her PBS program Charlotte Church: Live from Jerusalem. After this, in 2002 she wom the title for 'Rear of the year'. Its a good things shes not scared of the stage isnt it.. ..Talking about stages, Charlotte has never actually features in any Opera show altohugh she is commonly referred to as a 'opera star' in the papers.


Overall, a brilliantly tallented star and businesswoman!!
