I'm not the music expert in my house, my partner is. If you've read any of my other ops then you may think I'm not an expert on anything but I can say things on Dooyoo without getting a smack in the mouth! Anyway, ever since the arrival of Sky Digital, we've had Kerrang on TV alot and the first band to really strike me was Creed with the song Higher. I was just taken aback by the strength of the lead singers voice and the heavy bassy beat to the song. At this very moment I am listening to My Sacrifice which I downloaded only a couple of days ago. I've listened to it hundreds of times and it is not a song that I'm ever going to get ...

I'd first of all like to apologize to any Creed fans out there (if there are any). This is my personal view on Creed. I think Creed are one of the worst bands of modern times, their music is dull, repetitive and generally boring. It lacks originality and good music, leaving the listener with something that sounds worse than a loud-mouthed cat being rolled down a long set of stairs, in a large dustbin. And that does not sound good. Creed is as near to aural torture as you can get in modern rock music, and the world would be a much better place without singer Scott Stapps droning wail and caveman mutterings. He always sounds either bored or complaining about something. ...
