She's back with a new album and it only took a ground breaking recording breaking 5 years for her to put a new album together, if i am honest the new album sounds quite typical and nothing special. Her previous work is outstanding and quite bluntly i think she is the biggest selling female solo artist in the UK ever, two albums and she has sold 4 million in the UK and 11 million worldwide, now that's what is called impressive!

The last album was outstanding i thought with singles like White Flag, Sand In My Shoes, Don't Leave Home and also in the first album the first few tracks where brillant such as Take My Hand, All I Want and also the singles Here With Me, who could forget Stan or the even better Thank You - Dido is a force to be reckoned with and with a new album on the way there is no way of stopping here. With record company BMG backing her all the way with a deluxe edition and a standard edition.

Dido can seem like a shrinking violet sometimes - she is quiet, not in the papers much at all and quite lacking in personality but passionate, a good singer - herself she's nothing special but with her combos with Rollo and her voice she's a force to be reckoned with accross the world in the UK and US. The album Safe Trip Home with affirm if Dido is having a Safe Trip Home herself with the record company financing 2 editions and 11 expensive short films to go along with her release
