Right, firstly I'd like to state that I really dislike 90% of UK Garage. I think it's purile, girly music with absolutely no talent and a sound which could be reproduced with a £10 keyboard from Argos. DJ Luck & MC Neat are a perfect example of the current sound of UK Garage: cheesy sound effects and repetitive drum patterns which sound the same as every other UK Garage record. I really dislike this sound. However, anyone who likes the current crop of UK Garage, the Artful Dodger for example, will enjoy their work.

I like US style Garage which has roots closer to house - it's far more classy and much less cheesy and has a much more defined, honed sound.

I know that 90% percent of the people reading this will disagree with me wholeheartedly and I accept that because we are all entitled to our own opinions, and I have no doubt that you won't all enjoy the music that I do. I think that the producers of Garage in the UK, like DJ Luck and MC Neat, really need to take a step back before making their next records and consider where they want to take their music and how they want to progress because to me it seems very stale. Before they offload another record which sounds just like the last 3, they need to think about the future before they kill off the music that you all love, it's not moving forward, it's standing still getting money out of you lot. Please don't rate this opinion poorly because of my musical tastes, try to rate it on the merit of what I have to say. Thanks!
