Advantages: Awesome
Disadvantages: Not possibility of being more awesome
Dream Theater are amazing, there no other way to say it. I love everything about them. I especially love how individually talented each of the band member are
James LaBrie (Vocals) - Even though his singing voice is naturally high pitched, he still manages to sing without breaking glasses or attracting dogs. Also dominates the stage, gets the crowd involved in live performances and adds extra creativity to the songwriting phase.
John Myung (Bass Guitar) - Who knows whether Myung has a face, as you never see it because of his hair, but if there was ever a champion and finger wrestling, it would be him. Using all 4 fingers on a 6 string bass guitar is in my opinion god-like. He also manages to keep up with Petrucci on som faster riffs, which is saying something.
John Petrucci (Guitar) - Personally, the best guitarist ever. He does everything, im pretty sure he could do it with no arms legs or eyes, hes that good. I get confused when listening to them as to whether his solos have been digitally sped up, but no, he does it all. Fantastic
Jordan Ruddess (Keys/Synths) - Anyone who knows about keyboards knows Ruddess is the king, thats all that needs to be said.
Mike Portnoy (Drums) - Right, the most talented member in my eyes. I remember seeing him playing a drum solo for a laugh in the middle of Blind Faith Live i think, whilst singing, and standing, which is a joke. I hate him for how good he is. Mike Portnoy is the best drummer ever (joint with TheRev from A7X)
