 ... which I thought was amazing as it was all funked up using beats that was made by use of the voice and so on which tended to modernise and make this track seem more gospel in nature. Easter Bennet, the lead singer has a great voice and this album reflected that perfectly. Eternal were the top UK girlband in the UK for many years during the 90’s. Their debut album “Always and Forever” was most noticed due to its powerful tracks such as the inspiring "Just A Step From Heaven", which is one of my all tie faves from this South London band which consisted of sisters Easter and Vernie Bennet, Louise Nurding and Kelle Bryan. Other releases off “Always And Forever” include the debut single “Stay” which was a top ten hit of which I can recall, “Crazy” another funky little number which entered the top 5, the love inspired “Oh Baby I…” which is a great love song and ...  Read the complete review

I don’t feel that Eternal are really worth commenting upon. I shall give my two penneth, however: please do not listen to Eternal. If you like the style of music they offer, which is kind of boring UK R&B type stuff, with half-decent singing, then you could do much, much better. The lyrical content is laudable, for a start. Try listening to some motown, or blues, or jazz, or something from a few decades ago, and you’ll find a great deal more content than you will here. ...  Read the complete review
