I don’t feel that Eternal are really worth commenting upon. I shall give my two penneth, however: please do not listen to Eternal. If you like the style of music they offer, which is kind of boring UK R&B type stuff, with half-decent singing, then you could do much, much better. The lyrical content is laudable, for a start. Try listening to some motown, or blues, or jazz, or something from a few decades ago, and you’ll find a great deal more content than you will here.
