Advantages: Great, mature voice

Disadvantages: Publicity not there

You've probably read my op. on Charlotte Church. You saw how she was slated. That was because I believe she can't sing properly. Filipa on the other hand can. A very mature yet pure voice. A rare combination, I assure you. Also, her repertoire extends far beyond the show pieces (*ahem* Charlotte Church). She performs pieces that require a lot of musicianship. An understanding of the piece is needed, a sign of great musical maturity. Her most recent album has cemeted this fact. Not just show pieces like Jerusalem. Unfortunately, she is not as well known as Charlotte Church which is a shame is she is so good. Looks like people are going for age rather than quality. Shame really.
