I remember reading from someone who worked as a career officer in a deprived inner city school that the problem with the children underachieving was not, as commonly thought, that they had low expectations. After reading in the paper's recently that the Spice Girls were planning to be re-united and go on a worldwide tour, I decided to write this opinion. Geri Halliwell is one of my idols and always has been, ever since she had the guts to get up and leave the Spice Girls. A few years back now, if I mentioned the name, 'Geri Halliwell' everyone would scream, 'Ginger Spice'!!! Then a few years later 'Ginger' stunned the world when she LEFT the Spice Girls and became a solo artist. Geri Halliwell...What can I say? I think shes absolutely Brilliant!! Geri has come a long way since being known as "Slapper Spice" in the girl group Spice Girls. Although the Spice Girls were one of the most successful Girls groups ever I think she's done alot better on her own.
