A few years back now, if I mentioned the name, 'Geri Halliwell' everyone would scream, 'Ginger Spice'!!!

Then a few years later 'Ginger' stunned the world when she LEFT the Spice Girls and became a solo artist.

Many people thought that was the end of Ginger and then when Geri's new look appeared out of no where, surely that was it!?

The ginger hair went for a start, then the tiny, tight clothes disappeared, (The Union Jack went too!) The new look GERI surprised and startled everyone and definitely took people a while to get used to but after a few more months she was definitely a complete different person!

She released many solo singles and an album and prooved herself very sucessful to the world. Suddenly GERI was known for who she was and not who she used to be. No longer was she 'Ginger spice' she was now just plain GERI!

At first GERI recieved lots of stick, much of it she still recieves today, GERI ws TOO think which I did agree with at one stage! (Anereoxic or what!)Luckily GERI sorted that out though she still is incredibly thin. Then there was the 'Robbie Williams' fling thing. Supposedly just mates, Geri and Rob have apparantly slept together and are more than just mates~If this is true, they still haven't gone public!

Once the hype calmed down, GERI started on her solo carer and released many great solo songs including, 'Mi Chico Latino' 'Bag It Up' and 'Look At Me'. All were fab and pure hits under her name.

Now over the last few months GERI has been working on her new album, 'Scream If You Wanna go Faster' which has just been released to the world, the great album consists of the 'Bridget Jones' soundtrack and GERI'S new single, named after the album itself 'Scream If You Wanna Go Faster' which is taken from the new movie of 'Tomb Raider'.

When GERI first changed her image,
it took many people a while to get used to but now as I say in my opinio title, she has made a name for herself and hopefully GERI will go on to be just as sucessful.
