Green Day. Live, at Nottingham (Green Day - Live)

Green day were seen at Nottingham arena on 9th December 2000. They were amazing; these are the only words to describe them as. Not to mention the wicked mosh pit and crowd surfing. Billie Joe was mental, coming on wearing a mask many a time (not trying to be slipknot, I must mention). Two hours of non-stop play. The songs were souped to the limit making them twice as long. Playing lots of there new stuff, which wasn't so great. But then some of the old, reviving the true GREEN DAY. Some specials such as She, Brain Stew, Welcome to paradise, Basket case and Good riddance. When it came to playing Kurplunk songs, Billie Joe got 15-year-old Eleanor up on stage to play the guitar. She was all right, but when he said 'now Eleanor is going to perform a stage dive' she was quite worried, but she managed it, but not very well. This was a massive set. Supported by the Bouncing Souls, who were averagely all right. If anyone ever has the chance to see them they must be seen. Summary: |
