I have to say i have been a huge fan of green day for a long time. Every time they have realised an album i have been out to the shops and bought. Unfortunately it was only recently that I could make it to one of their performances. There was no surprises that I left the huge wembley arena incredibly satisfied with wot i'd just seen, an amazing feat of comedy and punk rock mixed into one night. Billie was even more snotty and anarchic than he is on record, and mikes basslines were even more frantic than ever when played to a live audience! There was an amazing atmosphere in the pit as u get battered and bruised by other green day fans and the scent to pot was in the air. U could even see the smoke rising! green day played all of the classic songs. My favourite of the night was definitely king for a day. The tongue in cheek lyrics mixed with amazingly well played trumpets was well worth watching
