Hear'Say are a completely manufactured band. The sad fact is it makes them no different to any other pop band around. The only difference is that we know they are manufactured.
Yet people are buying the song in hundreds of thousands. Why? We know that they haven't written any of the songs and yes they can sing a little bit. But is that enough to get to the top of the uk charts these days?
Apparently so. 600,000 copies sold in the first week can't be wrong.
The members of the band wanted the fame and fortune and didn't like what they received i.e. one of the members saying 'no photos' after leaving a club and the winging over how much they got from the sales of their song.
This is why i would prefer to have people who are in it for the music - because these people don't care about the money or the press. All they care about i making good music
