Advantages: They do have fans, 2 number 1 singles and a number 1 album proves that, Their music is tolerable

Disadvantages: Manufactured Pop tunes-We've heard them before

I wasn't sure if his catagory was about Hear'say's debuet album, Popstars, or about them in general. This is my opinion on them in general.
Thousands of us tuned into the television series 'Popstars' earlier this year to watch who would be chosen for the final band.

After weeks of auditions and re-auditions and dance classes the judges came up with the 5 new band members, Suzanne, Noel, Mylenne, Danny and Kym. I am sorry, I have forgotten their second names.

I was a keen follower of the series but to be honest got a bit bored of it towards the end.
The band which chose the name 'Hear'say' where turned into stars over night. They obviously had masses of talent oozing through their performances to be chosen for the final five, it can't have been easy for them facing nasty nigel and the rest of the judges and telly crew.
I did however think they had an easy ride to the top, their debuet single, Pure and Simple was destined to go straight to the number one spot and I was so sick of hearing it I could have smashed up the telly/radio when it came on.

I did buy the album, on impulse after watching the series but I don't listen to it much. Their songs all sound too simalar for my liking and I prefer just to leave the CD on the shelf.

There is no particular reason why Hear'say are continuing to get on my nerves, I just think we need a break from them. It's like 'Stop-Enough Already'.

I think the majorty of their fans are younger, and they will continue to follow in the footsteps of say, S Club 7.

They probably won't be around forever but will be here long enough to make their mark on pop history.

They must have their fans as their second single, The Way to Your Love, also hit the number one spot, as did 'Popstars' in the album charts.

They just don't seen to appeal to me anymore.
