Make no mistake, this ex-law student knows the rules of the game when it comes to DJing and clubbing. Judge Jules is a real party DJ - he knows how to please the crowd and his level of interaction with his party goers is what really pleases me. You'll frequently have him shouting at the crowd - getting everyone really up for a great night, somthing which the tunes he plays will really give you. Jules plays mainly trance, and it's normally quite high energy and pumping, really good for a hard dancing session. I really can't fault Julesy as a DJ in any way other than his mixing, which isn't always up to scratch (plus, I like a slightly different type of music personally, but that's immaterial =) - however, as a remixer he really should take some tips from others. His work is not up to the level of the other remixers around him - stick to your night job Julesy!
