Having bought a soprano saxophone serveral months ago i was amazed. Previously i had played the alto and had a yamaha. I was very pleased with my Yamaha and had planned on buying a yamaha soprano. I was convinced to try a keilworth out and I felt it was amazing. The tone was rich and velvety yet had a distinctive edge. It had two crooks available for slightly varied sound. Keilwerth are a very distinguished company and for this reason the saxophine has been built at a very high standard. My personal choice was a new Yamaha custom mouth piece with a Vandoren lig. but the original mouth piece is good. The only fault i would find is that it tends to be more suited to jazz and theres a lack of space in the case for reeds. I would recommend this saxophone to anyone and would not hesitate to buy it again
