OK, It's a shame I have to write 75 words because I could really sum up KoRn in two - HELL YEAH!! So what if they rarely visit the UK to tour and plague our ears with their heavy yet unique sound. Yes I am a fanatic, yes I have all their albums and all their videos and yes I have seen them live and I can seriously recommend it to someone who wants(or needs) something to do to take over their lives - it did me! I saw them live in Wembley Arena in May of 2000 and it was fantastic. I'm fairly sure I can't swear on this site, so I can't let my true feelings be of any part of this opinion, however judging by live performances, four great albums and a fifth ... I have never been one to follow the crowd, and do what is fashionable. When i was younger, while all the kids were listening to Take That and other such fashionable bands, myself and my best friend would listen to Metallica and Aerosmith. I didn't and still don't like the pop music, especially the pop music of today. The sounds, and songs they come up with aren't my style, and i would rather listen to KoRn then Britney Spears. KoRn are alternaitve and that is my music. It does much more for me than the music that is fashionable. That isn't to say that punk and metal aren't fashionable right now, because they are, but i have been listening to them for ... Read the complete review

The third album from Korn is a departure from the sound of their first two records. The style of the album could be described as ‘old’ Korn crossed with hip-hop, and it could be their best release yet. Equally as aggressive and angry as their debut, ‘Follow…’ is full of powerful and disturbing songs. There are also a few guest appearances, from stars such as Fred Durst (Limp Bizkit) and Method Man. The effect of this changes the sound of the album, and gives more opportunity for the band to try new directions and musical styles. This is definitely the most commercial Korn release, with singles such as ‘Freak on a ... Read the complete review

One of the greatest Metal bands of our time is KoRn. The band completely and utterly rocks and they are pretty much my favourite Metal band. Their music is pretty heavy from their first albums and then gets a little softer when it comes to their latest album "Follow the Leader". Of course soft Metal to heavier Metal, KoRn still rocks and their music is amazing on all albums I have heard. If their music wasn't enough they also offer their humour on a couple of tracks as well as at the end of the album usually. If there is anyone out there coming towards the World of Metal, then please make sure you listen to KoRn because believe me, you won't ... Read the complete review

Now that I have now bought the new KoRn album - issues, I can safely say that KoRn are still pumping out their oh-so great riffs. With great tracks like make me bad and falling away from me...how can any one not like this album without being a lover of pop band like (the almighty crap) STEPS! The band consists of Jonathan Davis:vocals/bagpipes Fieldy:Bass J. Munky Shaffer:Guitar Brian (head):Guitar/vocals David Silveria:Drums The story of KoRn gos a bit like this (please comment if I got anything wrong): After loosing their vocalist, the band (minus John) were in a bar and John went on the stage and did his oh-so famous skat. ...
