New Country, huh? Well, Lambchop have always reached beyond this narrow definition, borrowing from soul, funk and blues as well as "both kinds of music - country AND western". Hang on... Reading the above comments, i've decided it wouldn't make me listen to Lambchop, so i need a different tack. Prego! There are lots of them. Many guitars, and slidey pedal-steel things. A horn section. Plenty of strings. It sounds like a large band, and yet they manage to craft some pretty intimate songs.
